Selling a handgun with a high capacity magazine to a Colorado resident

Via FFL on both ends. Shipped from an Oregon FFL to a Colorado FFL. Is this legal and if not, who's under obligation and responsible for following (& knowing) Colorado's gun laws? The Colorado resident wishing to purchase, or the out of State seller?

Yes, its a handgun in .22 long rifle. I'm not familiar with their new gun laws but it holds more than 15 rounds. Guess I could sell the firearm without the magazine.

*update* Found out it's legal to sell a 22 caliber tubular or helical fed magazine holding any number of rounds to a Colorado resident.

That is what I tried to tell say in post 5. I see I might have left out a little part in my quote but if you follow my link I thought it made sense.
