I have never seen a check that did not have the amount spelled out on it and what ever it is has a date of over two years ago?

I don't know about date etc - it was in the news feed from Glen today.

So... signed by the son of a middle eastern terrorist, dollar value not spelled out, the check is more then six (6) months out of date (according to the UCC, banks not required to honor checks more then six months old but this is a grey area), and it's drawn against what I would consider to be one of the largest ongoing criminal enterprises in the world. I'd cash this thing fast.

It is nice to see all that sitting next to this particular pay line tho...
