Ruger LC9 (original D/A) dropping mags

I was wondering if anyone else has had an issue with their LC9 dropping mags while shooting. I always thought it was my hand hitting the mag release while it recoiled but after a quick test last trip I found it was the gun itself.

-It's an original LC9 with the stupid mag disconnect safety

- It does it with both of my Ruger mags

- The mags are positively inserted all the way and it doesn't matter if the gun is clean or not.

Any insight would be appreciated! From what the LGS's have told me, I'm the only case they've heard about.

Ruger's customer service tends to be excellent. Call or email and I'm certain that a quick resolution can be had.

I don't know why the YouTube video never came up in my searches! Thanks! A call to Ruger will be step number 2. I haven't had good luck with them in the past but at this point it might be worth it
