Romanian AK Wire Folding Stock

I have a lever-type Romanian AK wire folding stock that has some issues:

1. It does not have a sling swivel (swivel and rivet are missing).
2. It does not lock up in the folded position

I could probably find a surplus swivel somewhere. However, does anyone know what size rivet (I assume it's metric) is used to secure the swivel?

Also the stock flops around in the folded position. Looking at some videos online, does not seem like everyone has this problem. I'm not sure how to fix this.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Mine doesn't flop around whatsoever and locks up tight when folded. I have the push button kind.

The push button are the better ones.
