Here's the gist of it, in my mind. In order for a traffic citation to be issued, a police officer must see you commit the offense. I cant call the police and say someone just ran a stop sign, give them a license plate number, and expect a ticket to be written. If given a ticket, and a person pleads not guilty, it falls to that officer to prove that, you, did indeed break a law. I have never seen anything, other than license plate pictures, with enough quality to determine even the gender of the driver.
Just saying, if I ever had one of those over sensitive, twitchy machines, take my picture, I would plead not guilty.
