Your specific device? Viewed on my Asus laptop (win 11) using Firefox browser, emoji reactions show up as normal when hovering on the "Like" button.

On Edit: Using Chrome browser, emoji reactions also show up as normal when hovering on "Like".
Suggestion: Reboot and try again. Your browser may have done a "lazy set-up" (invented term because I've no idea what the technically correct term might be).

Does it only happen in the Classifieds?? That feature is disabled there. Too many "editorial" comments being made with them there.

I'm not able to reproduce the issue on similar devices (Windows / Chrome).

And @Lilhigbee is correct; anything other than "Like" was disabled on Classifieds, so it works the old way without the pop up selection.
