Can't / Won't Fix Formatting error when an ignored member is the only post on the next page

I reached the bottom of the page of a thread, and clicked the next button. The next page is empty, and the top navigation bar is displayed twice.



When I sign out and revisit the page, I can see that the only post currently on this page is by a member who has me on ignore.
