Range suggestion

OK, I hate having to deal with range fees and range rules, specifically, safety glasses, because they screw up my targeting/depth perception. Are there any ranges around the Portland/Vancouver area that have shooting benches (need to sight in a scope), marked out yardage (preferably at least to 200), and other sorts of range amenities that doesn't cost anything to use? There were several around where I grew up in Colorado and I'm hoping there is similar here. Or if someone knows of a good flat place where I can safely make 100 and 200 yard shots from some sort of rest, that would be acceptable. I just don't have a way to verify range.....
