Same bubblegum as far as I kniw. The second video at 7:30 video shows "right to travel" case. All people who think they are better than everyone else and don't have to follow basic laws. They are idiots imo.

I think continuous travelers are just people who dont have a physical address like old people driving the Winnebago around to wal mart parking lots. May be wrong.

I remember seeing a guy argue with a cop that he was a sovereign citizen and continuous traveler therefore cop couldn't give him a ticket. You're right though it may be something different. Thats just how I heard it and maybe it was just some goofball claiming anything he could. Who knows.
