It is like suspending the driving license of someone who repeatedly gets DUII tickets or already has a suspended license.

Typical behavior of "head hunters" who like to regale their circle of 'friends' with tales of their "manliness". Never did understand, since I prefer to eat Elk meat. Horn soup is not an option.

I have no idea what people expect the results of lawlessness being excepted would lead to except this. unfortunately, with the 700,000 gottaways on our southern boarder these will be people having their heads cut off by cartel employees.

I guess the size of the being matters. Prairie Rats (and other small vermin) don't deserve the same recognition as an Elk when it comes to shooting them up for sport or trophy.

I have never had the opportunity to shoot them so I think the responsibility of getting them listed, should fall to someone who has.

In all honesty I have zero sympathy for those poachers. their gun, Truck and 6 months in jail should be the minimum.

Yes. Often just shy of what you might spend on a hunting trip with a guide.
