A suit filed pre Bruen and pre EPA case by SAF get's an upgrade. Does it have enough teeth to undo the alphabets new rule set to drop in Decembe(?) Originally filed when the new rule was first announced and arguing both 2A and administrative law violations which ties in beautifully with both recent SCOTUS decisions. Undoubtedly, new supporting arguments will be filed and something to keep an eye on.
