I was less than 10 years old when I had the idea one summer to start making boring car rides with my parents more interesting by bringing a little neon green squirt gun, the really rudimentary kind you'd find at the dollar store, and cracking the window to spray unsuspecting pedestrians whenever I had a good opportunity. "Drive by shooting" means boy was in car. But if so, he couldn't have fallen over and been run over by car.

And after boy has been shot and run over, father takes him home rather than to hospital or calling 911. ??? I suspect father is seriously mentally deficient--to the level where he should be institutionalized, not out with a drivers license and allowed to escort a child anywhere unsupervised.

Decades back I heard a Cop call in that he was clear of a call. Convoluted call to do with some kids and a family like this. As he called in clear he said "Some people should have to have a license before they are allowed to breed". This sounds like a case where "Dad's" license should be permanently revoked.
I would have to wonder if "Dad" was not drunk, high, or both when he decided this was a great idea too.

Hell one party would be all in supporting it. I noticed they are just recently finally admitting Sanger was not the kind of person to name schools and such after. I have been telling people on the net about her for decades. Many of them would flat out say it was all lies. When I would post links proving it they would just change the subject and say it was lies. There is a reason she is still a hero to those who champion socialism.
