Oregon SB 796, CHL requires firing range testing and open to non-citizens

    If they require training (which I am on the fence about) It seems reasonable to require that it actually involve handling and firing guns as opposed to the stupid classes they have now which are of almost no value except to meet the training requirement.

    My CHL "training" class was a joke. Mainly consisted of story telling; it was up to me to learn what I thought I needed to know
