Seriously, the only way this is going to be enforced is if someone can find a federal angle to it and take it to the federal courts.

This needs a bump. As herein lies the answer.
Surely we have lawyers on this board that can help with ideas. Is the State attorney general the only one with standing to appeal ? Do the people have the right ?
