I've verified that Use Tax will be collected on transfers. Not sure if it will apply to all transfers or not though (Sales vs. loans, etc.). (That is an area that will need to be dealt with if it passes) Let's be sure it never get's to that point though.

One more reason why if it passes, few will abide.
If it passes, my FFL said he will ask his "new" clients if they voted for I594. If they answer yes, he said they will pay $75.oo for a transfer. Otherwise, the price will remain $30.00.
He stands to make more money if it passes but hates I594. I like him!

It always amazes me with all the gun owners that don't know that Wa currently registers all handgun transfers that that go through an FFL.
