So I acquired my first cap and ball revolver (from a member here in a great transaction) for some old school shooting.
Doing some research, came across paper cartridges and how to make them.
A few downloads and about 20 hours later, used my 3D printer to make up a 44 cal forming die, a loading tray, powder dips and cartridge box.
I found forming the paper cases very relaxing. I'll load em up with powder and ball later.
Might play around with old ways to waterproof these things after I fire a few off.
Love my journey back in time with firearms. And I've only gotten to Civil War!
