One of the saddest pieces of ignorant dreck I heard this last week was a radio talking-head going on about how the Seattle Pacific guy was tackled while reloading and that proves why "they should have 10-round limits on magazine capacity like they did in the assault weapons ban".

Totally revealing their lack of knowledge of how many rounds a conventional shotgun tube magazine can hold anyway, and also unaware of the difference or uncaring that it was a shotgun used in the crime.

I was also sad to hear the rifle was an AR. I guess it was just a matter of the odds finally coming up. Boy, the media sure can't wallow in these things enough, can they? o_O

<- Why there aren't any school shootings in Israel!
Teacher with long gun slung over her shoulder!!!

My KSG will hold 14+1 of 2¾" shells and 22 +1 of the Aguila half size shells.

Believe it or not, there are some folks on this site who voted for barry.

Cheer up, persons, at least you're "hip" and "cool".

Modified. I don't want to be the one name calling; that is reserved for the socialists.

Don't blame me, I voted for the lesser of two evils.
Who was that?

What really seems to get lost here is that obama is out there on the national stage having a temper tantrum about his inability to "get anything done" on gun control, while al-Maliki is asking his citizens to arm up to fight terrorists. What all this speaks to is that obama, and the statist media agenda about the federal government needing more control over people's lives is ringing hollow in the ears of many americans.

Frankly, the cries about "lack of passion" should be met with laughter and scorn. This isn't just about guns, it's about the omnibus and rather obtuse concept of "freedom" and "liberty" that few in washington seem to have any understanding of, and it applies just as much to obama as it does to cantor. As it were, we need to send a strong message to the district of columbia:

"To all who would oppose the individual liberties of the american people, we will tie you in grid lock, we will term you out, we will vote you out, and we will defund your programs. Any attempt to circumvent the legal institutions that have guided the republic for 200 years will be met with laughter and non-compliance."

The funny thing is you believe you had a choice. Think about our options in the last election. The Democrats gave us Obama who was anti-gun and the Republicans offered Romney who was also anti-gun.

Although Romney said a lot of contradictory things regarding gun ownership and the rights of gun owners, his clearest statement was on Meet The Press when he said he supported a ban on "assault weapons."

Gun owners need to understand that Romney (along with Bush, Clinton, and most others at the top) do not want private citizens owning firearms. These people will pay lip service about "respecting" the Second Amendment. They may show up to an event dressed as a hunter and shoot a shotgun for a photo op. And if elected, they will sign every bill that hits their desk that will curtail our rights.

People should wake up. This is more than just guns. Our rights, all of them, have become inconvenient for the people in power. Our leaders have steadily been trying to reduce our rights and take them away.

That is correct. It's also about Supreme Court nominees.

Do you want more Alioto and Roberts ? Or do you want more Sotomayor and Kagan ?

See the difference ?

I do see the difference I think.... Wasn't Roberts the deciding vote stating that Obamacare was legal????

Where is a good place to buy those Aguila shells? Can't seem to find them online.
I only seem to find them at the big gun shows, but I have found them online too.

"Obamacare" ? Why are you trying to change the subject ?

We're talking about firearms here!

You should investigate District of Columbia v. Heller, the most import Supreme Court decision ever regarding the Second Amendment.

Voting as part of the 5-4 majority: Antonin Scalia, John G. Roberts, Anthony M. Kennedy, Clarence Thomas, and Samuel A. Alito. Thank you George Bush (R), for nominating both Roberts and Alito.

This happened way back in 2008, so you might be too young to remember it.

Hahahaha I wish... 57 and climbing. Roberts just isn't a wacko liberal with a Democrat sway but he is not a conservative.

I love how at the end of the video he slipped in as to why mass shootings happen is because people can "stock pile" ammo. That is a scarey thought when the leader of this country thinks 60 rounds is a "stock pile."

I don't see the relevance, the KSG was not the gun used at the Seattle Pacific incident. And the KSG is not a standard shotgun. For that matter a Semi trailer can carry tens of thousands of rounds, I don't see what's your point.
