Crazy thread man.....Can openers, gun museums and rabid anti 2nd Amendment editorials! Yee-HAW.

Like Andy says...

It's pretty easy to convince the non-gun owning/gun fearing public with writing like that. It makes total sense. I really wish they'd stop doing that, considering we have the 2nd Amendment and all, though the 1st Amendment allows them to do it. It's too bad we don't have "Opinion Pieces" in the big news papers writing about the carnage caused by automobiles every day on our highways? The writer could be just as creative with buzz words to get the populous all worked up with the death and destruction brought about daily with those 2 ton death machines speeding everywhere. Do you suppose The Oregonian, or the NYT would print a rebuttal piece, written in good taste of course, by one of our own?
2 ton Death machine 's lol I like the 46 ton Death machine my self lol IMAG0919.jpg

I won't go off topic, but I've got a story of a truck driver or two that damned near creamed me and the wife. They're not the same as they were in the '70s when we'd hit em up for road reports and gave them the ultimate respect, because they DESERVED it!

+1 on that one!! Don't get me wrong there are some good ones out there but most of them aren't very friendly on the road.

I don't know if I ever would have considered them "Friendly"? Truckers did respond to us "Kids" in our travels though with info we needed at the time. Common sense dictated that us little "4-wheelers" should respect them. Imagine that!

Come on now:confused:. I cant count the number of stalled cars and ladies fixin flat tires that Ive waved to and smiled as I passed by.

Bubblegum the NRA. What sort of sick bubblegummers would think of having GUNS in a GUN museum. These maniacs must be stopped!

That's right. The best way to do it is from the inside. So, everyone join up and then, well... Then we'll tell the rest of the left to bubblegum off!

Lol that's like saying I'm going to the casino THEY BETTER NOT HAVE ANY SLOT MACHINE 'S OR IM GOING TO BE PISSED OFF

Yup. They need to protect YOU from YOURSELF and keep YOU from throwing YOUR money away.

Pretty ironic. Most of what we want is protection from "them".

Maybe that tool (meaning the writer of the article) should tour some of the video games manufacturers headquarters where the games are created depicting cop killing, rampant violence, etc.
