Very interesting article by CPRC. Using FBI data showing a massive discrepancy in statistics. (As if we didn't already know) The FBI claiming only 4.4% of GGWG incidents.

"Massive errors in FBI's Active Shooting Reports regarding cases where civilians stop attacks: Instead of 4.4%, the correct number is at least 34.4%. In 2021, it is at least 49.1%. Excluding gun-free zones, it averaged over 50%."

What's especially interesting is the FBI's reasoning for excluding some pertinent cases in their reports. IE.., While including a DV or retribution type shootings in their mass shooting statistics... they exclude them in their stats of when a civilian intervenes with a legally owned firearm... because... those aren't "mass shooting events", which are indiscriminate. They are DV and retribution shootings. Rightttt..... :s0155:

A government agency using a different set of criteria to define whatever they want to get the statistics they want, so they aren't "lying", to further a specific narrative/agenda that is largely in line with the ruling Party message? I'm Shocked I say! :s0140:

This specific meme/reaction image sure seems to be getting mileage now. DftE5ZLWAAAVNgC.jpeg
