Coleman, who has a juvenile criminal record, lives a "somewhat transient life" and is wanted on a warrant out of Alameda County for possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, Butte County District Attorney David Ramsey said.

Sacramento prosecutors filed felony charges in July 2021 against Coleman for violating prohibition of firearm access, according to court documents. He was released on bail and was due for his next court appearance in March, the Sacramento Bee reported.

Hmmm. "somewhat transient life".... I guess there's the new buzzword for homeless. The guy is a prohibited possessor and carrying a firearm so obviously he has no regard for the law, but let him out with a court date for 8 months later even though I'm guessing he was a prohibited possessor because he already had at least one felony. This has to be fake news then. Everyone knows that California's strict gun laws completely prevent gun crime from happening!

If only the bus has been a gun free zone, then he wouldn't have been able to even bring it on!
