Hello All,

We're moving to the Medford area from the Olympic Peninsula in the next couple of months. I'm kind of excited as the kids and I have made a few trips to the Klamath Falls area to shoot sage rats in the past and now we're going to be 7.5+ hours closer.

Anyway, my question is this; Are there any sage rats or rock chucks just east of Medford off the 66 or 140 or do we have to get farther east towards KF?

Thanks,
Matt

Dunno. Had a friend with a nice suppressed .22rf bolt gun and he only brought one brick .22rf match ammo. Ran out. He said warm clothing was very necessary as well a good RV heater or a good sleeping bad. Cold nights? Some day I want to shoot squeaks. :(

All Oregon State, US Code Laws And NFA Rules Apply.

There are 'digger squirrels' all over the medford side but not so much on national forest and not really in huge colonies like you find around the alfalfa fields. So the best shooting is kfalls area for sure.
