Making a new scope reticle

I have a Bushnell Banner 3x9x40 that has a broken reticle. Anyone know where I can get a new reticle or how I can make one?

Have you contacted bushnell? IIRC they have a "limited lifetime" on the non electronic optics. If not they do have service centers that should be able to repair it

Does the warranty extend to being bought second hand?

without reading the original fine print I couldn't swear to it but from what I see HERE it looks like it should be covered - just have to ship it to them with the completed form and a check for $10 to cover return shipping... I'd call first just to be sure.

ok, I'll give 'em a call today, see what they'll do. I'd be surprised if the warranty it, being that it's so old.

If you open a scope how would you replace the Nitrogen Gas inside it that keeps it from fogging up?

Your cheap scope is broken. Why don't you buy a higher quality scope to replace it?

I can't afford to buy a better scope right now, and besides I like my Bushnell one.

well, I called Bushnell and the friendly guy on the phone told me to send it right in, and they'll take care of it.
