Any machine shop able to make a bolt shroud?

Does anyone know a machine shop that would be able to make a bolt shroud. I have an older Tikka M658 and last night I broke the plastic bolt shroud on the rifle. It is impossible to find a replacement, so I was wondering if anyone know any machine shop that could machine a metal one?
