Hey guys,
Looking for some recommendations on a 20" 5.56/.223 wylde, heavy (more heavier = more gooder) barreled upper, 4150cmv barrel, flat top, preferably a complete upper that comes threaded.

not looking to break the bank for ultra quality, but I do want something that isn't trash; as this will be an upper used for sustained fire and range abuse.

JMHO on Wylde chambers... They arent good for either .223 or 5.56 and if you NEVER buy 223 why buy a compromise chamber? Just get a 5.56 barrel and shoot 5.56 ammo.

White Oak builds competition Service Rifles pretty reasonable. I have purchased several barrels and
a couple uppers. https://www.whiteoakarmament.com/shop/complete-uppers/white-oak-standard-service-rifle-uppers.html
I and other competitors I know use these Match 20" service rifle barrels for Highpower competition. Won't last as
long as a Krieger but just as accurate and pretty reasonable at $225.
