The smoked ones were darn tasty. I didn't eat any of the non smoked.

The only complaint was there wasn't enough left overs. My sister who helped me smoke it said for Christmas we're doing two turkeys.

smoked turkey, rum/pineapple ham and potatos in the brand new smoker i got for my b-day a few days ago.



cooked the turkey in the oven for 2 hours then threw it in the smoker for another 3 at low heat.
