Update to this thread. This keto shiz is still working. Lost 26 pounds so far. No change to amount I eat or exercise. No intermittent fasting. Just keeping carbs below 100 per day. Not eating any fancy keto food, just regular food being careful about carbs. I don't know enough to do anything else than that and that's probably a good thing, keep it simple. Cheers!
 
Same here. Keep those carbs under 100 a day and the visceral fat melts away. 17 pound gone in 5 weeks. Other than the keto. I started walking a lot. Up to 3 miles now.
