This isn't criticizing your method. I can't say I've ever seen anybody break down food in cost per calorie.

Price per ounce or pound but calories that's a new one for me, being all calories aren't created equally.

The thing I have noticed about fiber haters is, they are typically promoters of carnivore or keto style diets. I have not come across many fiber haters that think it would be bad to add it to a SAD diet.

Since my goal for adding fiber is to promote satiety, I am going to give it a few months to work it's magic. I will be adding additional protein as well, which is also suppose to promote satiety.
