I do not know if I agree or not but will say that term limits have not worked out well in CA and this is a good part of the reason that I am no longer a CA resident but am now an ID resident.

What documents? Without substantial legislation passed by Congress there will be nothing to sign. EOs mean squat. Without a President who can get Congress to bend to his will there will be nothing happening. Divided Senate means nothing happening. Biden and Harris are not LBJ.
