No connection, but whereas we have the Red Cross, Israel has the Magen David Adom (MDA). They provide ambulance, paramedic and blood transfusion service for all injured in Israel and do not receive government support. As you can imagine, their need is utterly critical at this point. I believe donations are tax deductible, if that maters. Just a thought, as action beats inaction when lives are on the line.
