I keep some reduced sodium Spam in my pickup truck. It expires in 2022. Not sure if you can keep Spam after it expires. I guess I should rotate it out a few months before it expires.

I never heard of that brand because in Hawaii the #1 Corned Beef is LIBBY's brand (Product of Brazil).
