Sounds like more Anti-Gun Propaganda aimed at OUR 2nd
and OUR rights.
If these Gang banger's go on a killing spree and kill unarmed, innocent men , women and children ''maybe'' the Anti-gun tards 
will see that the 2nd was created to DEFEND ''them'' and try to understand the simple fact that killers DO NOT have 2nd rights. 
I believe that Commiefornia has a 10 round max magazine law in place, that is hardly ''high capacity''
