Idaho Elk hunting success

Just filled my elk tag in idaho north of st mary. Great hunt, hammered him at 30 yards with my 300 WM with minutes of legal shooting light left and he was dead before he hit the ground. Dropped right onto a logging road. put in 36 miles in 2.5 days to get him. So grateful
