Oregon I you purchased a gun before the state mandatory background check how can you determine if it is stolen or not?

Well you used to be able to call the state police, I don't know if that's an option anymore. If it was bought prior to the "law" going into effect, I wouldn't worry about it. Just my 2 cents and opinion

A friendly FFL can run the check for you.

I have a few I got right before the law took place.. sometimes its better to not have them know.

Unless this is a carry piece.. Id just let it be.
