They have but they suck. With the mag block you usually get a solid elector built in. With the endo mag guts you also get an extractor, a plastic one built into the guts. However, that ejector comes out with magazine. It's not a great use of a lower outside of a range toy. I watched a member/friend here Use one in competition. Was entertaining watching him clear his gun after each stage. Pull mag, empty mag, insert mag, clear round from chamber, remove mag and show clear. Without the mag you have no way, outside of sticking your hands in there, to clear the round in the chamber. It will just sit in the bolt face while you pull the CH back and forth.
I have several 9mm adapter blocks. Theyre rock solid
The endo mag guts are just garbage.
 
I really like my dedicated .22 AR. It is fun, it works, uses all standard controls, and reasonable priced ammo.

If you want to change calibers all you have to do is swap uppers.
