Does anybody know what the process is or how long I have to wait before I can get my gun rights back in Washington state furthermore I guess I will be hunting with a bow and arrow for now do I have to retake my hunter safety course. I had taken in Oregon in the 90s but they have no record. Any suggestions where I could take the course in the Mason County Washington area

If there's no record of a hunter's safety course then just take it again.

Depending on your age you may be grandfathered in to not needing hunters ed.

I missed the cutoff by a couple years.

Much of it depends on what you were convicted of and where. Give all the info to an attorney.
