I think In California, they can not only sue.
I need to look something up. There was a case where a legal shooting was ruled.
They were sued and lost, and then there was a ruling of mental capacity and guns were
either taken or on hold. Wishy washy laws do not comfort me.
In any event. Shoot to save your life or another.
A deadly force situation, seem to almost require a deadly result, to justify it.
So many laws, that in some states makes it very hard to defend yourself, if one is left breathing.
Doesn't mean if they die its a cinch to win. Just means, no one is testifying about what occurred.
Other then witnesses. Seems every time there is a breathing witness. Gun owners get nailed.
This sounds harsh and as I said before, don't shoot to kill. But if you do not?
