That's a good price. It's hard to get Henrys as most of their products are "Allocated" (Allocated to who, I don't know as nobody has them).

For the last two years now striker fired polymer guns are the only thing that's been consistently in stock. If you want a lever gun a revolver or anything with a steel frame..

I picked mine up at Sportsman's on 185th last Sunday. $899 Very nice rifle, smooth action. I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet though.

I put the obligatory Skinner Alaskan peep and Montana sling on mine.
Looks "period correct" LOL

It's odd how some of the Winchester purists thumb their noses at it.
They don't like Marlins either.
LOL

The Henry is a a fine rifle, I don't care who you are.
And the company has a great reputation.
