Helping a Friend Sell Guns as a Non-Broker

I have an aquaintenance that asked me to help sell quite a few rifles and pistols, as they are getting older. Is anyone familiar with any issues or state laws related to selling rifles and pistols in a large quantity in the State of Washington?

I have done this before with a few rifles using GunBroker and NWFA in the last year, and am familiar with "the legal process" for the use of FFLs on both ends of the transaction for pistols.

What I'm interested in is info on good and bad experiences as well as producing a proper set of documentation for this project. Thanks for your help.

Have them drive into WA and it's only one FFL fee and no shipping charges.

Have your buddy there and you don't have to deal with the possession issues.

And I'd List them individually instead of as a LOT and you can probably offload them faster
