May be worth posting a wanted ad in the classifieds. I imagine there are a few that own one that never plan on not using a red dot. They may have one sitting around completely unused.

I just need the plate. I want to take red dot off my hellcat and put the plate back on it

Exactly. There is likely an OSP owner that has one from adding a red dot and never plans on using the pistol without the red dot on. Hence someone might have one they are willing to offload.
