Does anyone have a good chart or know a website that has a good chart for estimating the shelf life of stored food? With and without Mylar bags and o2 absorbers.

Sailorman, my wife doesn't think the information/data/equations in the Emergency Essentials storage system to be accurate. I am not done trying their system, but I believe it to be inaccurate also. I could be wrong.
