I just couldn't help myself
Don't take this the wrong way, but I hate you for that.
Mr. Peabody?
The smoke near the breech end of my rifle is from a previous shot...but yeah...nice timing for the smoke and flame from the muzzle of my Hawken Rifle.....That's some "fire" power!
Yay for using a bolt action rifle. This was an Appleseed two day centerfire event. I had the only bolt action there.

Boy howdy! The time limits were a real challenge for me. I had to keep cartridges nearby and refeed my magazine at least twice each round.Yay for using a bolt action rifle.
Just for laughs....it would be fun to do the Appleseed course with my Hawken....might take a bit longer than most shooters....

No doubt.Boy howdy! The time limits were a real challenge for me. I had to keep cartridges nearby and refeed my magazine at least twice each round.
I think it would be very interesting to see how long it would take you to complete an Appleseed KD event. I also think it would be very cool to see what's involved for a front stuffer to be able to make that many shots at those distances. No doubt.
The time limits wouldn't work for me and my Hawken.
What would be of more benefit / instruction / learning would be seeing just what a historic rifle , I would also bring my 1800-1820 dated J.Henry Flintlock...can actually do with a historic loading and shooting method.
