Things to me that these groups need to concentrate on a few things.
1) Why is the judiciary system not keeping violent offenders in prison?
2) Mental Health.

I don't know about you guys but I sure don't want these anti-gun chippies spending my tax money to figure out how to make more anti-constitutional laws that infringe on my rights. Nuff said, leave us the Hell alone!!!

Seems they will do anything to craft the large agenda, one doesn't simply suppress a people then enslave them first.
That mental health issue is huge and why in the last 40 years did we not replace what we removed ?
I think we all know why Prisons do so because of privatization, the more that go thru the system they more they make.
Its also why I think they make the death penalty illegal, the money in not in killing, its in keeping them in prison for 60 years and getting paid billions to do it, hence the incentive to get the longest stays possible which means opening up more room.

There already exists a plethora of research surrounding the topic. The findings are that bans and restrictions are ineffective, and that there are more lives saved than taken with guns. The problem is that those findings are not congruent with progressives ideologies. Thus, the desire for more "research" to prove that their ideals are correct.

Truth is our national health crisis is really about illegal drugs, it's about mental health and it's about big pharma lining the pockets of legislators... But you'll never hear peep from them regarding g these issues...

Preaching to the choir brother... we need to push back on them every time they make this silly statement. Opioids alone claim more lives daily than do guns... But opioids aren't identified as a health crisis, why is that?
