Do you really expect anything different from the DOJ? I believe that Judge Charles Breyer (who's as much of an anti as his brother) did as he was ordered. This Attorney General (the female embodiment of Eric Holder) is going to protect other anti's as much as possible, all while trying to give the impression of being even handed on the distribution of punishment.
