Heading to the NRA-ILA meeting with State Reps in Olympia tomorrow Night, thanks those folks and encourage them to keep fighting.

Washington State Legislative Reception

Could you ask them why they aren't talking about HB1739? Washington State Legislature

An earlier version would have outlawed all DIY guns -- this one isn't so bad (if you stay away from polymer) though it does have some vague language:
[crime to] (d) Manufacture an untraceable firearm with the intent to sell the untraceable firearm.

Will you have to prove your intent, or will the state have to prove you inteded to sell? That seems like a real bag of worms. They could have just said "it is illegal to sell an untraceable firearm" -- that's a fact that can be definitively proven or disproven -- but your intent? How do they know what you intended and how do you prove what you intended?

I've been bothered by the NRA's silence on these bills.
