I have spent way too much time modding and stippling Glock frames. My favorite aggressive stipple is the Fowler Industries style which I mimicked on the pictured G26L and for carry I like the moderate waffle style as shown on the pictured G19 frame.

For frame mods, the single undercut with beveling really helps ergonomics and can be done quite subtly and then polished to preserve OEM Glock look (done on both pictured frames). I am neutral on double undercut and accelerator cuts and generally don't do them but use stippling at those points instead. Especially with an aggressive stipple like the Fowler, you get the same amount of traction.

For dedicated range and competition guns, I generally prefer silicon carbide over stippling.
