Getting e-mail for quoted posts

I haven't changed any of my settings but checked my e-mail just now and there's like 300 from NWF all from people just quoting me etc..
I can't really see where or what to click or un-click to stop this.

I actually don't find an option to disable that. @Moderators Any of you guys know?

Alerts > alert prefs (bottom) and then uncheck the mentions/quotes you part in each section.

Well, there you go. I've never opened alert preferences til just now.

I went to "Preferences" and clicked the box with :
"And receive email notifications of replies"...this stopped me from getting a email notice of every reply to a thread...

I just checked and that box is unchecked.
The thing is, I haven't logged into my e-mail for a while and it seems that yahoo got gobbled up by Verizon etc.. so maybe a snafu on their end.. I'll clear it out and see.

May have to log out of NWFA and log back in if it won't take the changes.

Check under you profile "Contact Details" as well. There are some boxes under "Messaging Preferences" that you will probably want to un-check. Hope that helps.
