Are there any regulations that a person should be concerned with by adding a folding stock adapter to an AR15 type firearm that doesn't have a stock or brace attached to the extension tube. There should not be any length of pull issues on a pistol with no brace, since a pistol is designed to be shot with one hand. It won't be a rifle since it won't have a stock. The addition of this type of device would make the pistol easier to conceal and store.

As long as nothing is attached to it it should be fine. Even with a brace it should be fine until the AFT releases their new infringements.
