For just that first second when I saw your posted picture I thought you had a M41A Pulse Rifle from the Aliens 2 movie. I don't know a thing about the UTS-15 but from the picture alone I've decide to look into a bit. Congratulations on your purchase.

I think he may have got early production ones, or a lemon.
All the ones I shot worked 100%.
