Is the angle of this fore-grip far enough from 90 degrees to satisfy ATF for legally mounting on an AR pistol?

Hahaha awesome.
If they provide a legit approval ATF letter with it Id get one.
They have a point, what does "vertical" measure at. wonder if they'll (ATF) state that it has to have a web to act as a "rest" in order to not be a secondary "grip".
 
What the heck is 'a web to act as a "rest"'. Do you have an example?

Not sure, its been called that (the term web or webbing) on other forums in descritpion of what it does: blocks the web of the hand from seating in a grip position therefore turning it into a hand rest or "angled fore-grip" rather than a vertical grip. Sure, there could be another name, Im just parroting what Ive read description wise.

flux initially had lawyerings in their description of their "magazine holder", I cant seem to find it. But THIS is what I am talking about:
