Downstairs pot smoking neighbors fumigating me. Any advise on how to better my situation?

At best they should treat it like any other smoking and make the smokers follow smoking regulations. Don't care if people smoke pot or cigarettes but those who don't shouldn't have to smell the smoke.

That it is being USED shows lack of consideration for mostly anything in his/her life - AND because of this lack of consideration I believe this:

perhaps he could look into purchasing stink reduction devices and gifting them to his neighbors.

Most pot heads I know will be alot more level headed than a drunk or tweeker if you tell them it's buggin you.

I used to live in a building with 80 other apts.

99% of the time just talking to them will change the situation.
